Scheduling Details:

• Schedule Age3-Level 1 Dancers in Room 2

• Schedule Level 2+ Dancers in Room 1

• Schedule one-time slot per costume/dance.

• Enter your dancer’s name and costume in the message section of the sign-up form.

• If scheduling multiple costumes, allow time between sessions for costume changes.

What to Bring:

• Yellow envelope and completed order forms.

• A separate order form for each costume/class.

• Additional forms are available under the Order Form tab below.

Payment Information:

• Payments are due at the time of the photo session.

• We accept cash or checks (payable to Smith Photographic Arts).
